Northgate required an impact direct mail campaign to promote their Norflex service to two different target audiences. One for clients with large fleets and the second, SMEs with smaller fleets.
Manifest devised separate but linked campaigns. The larger fleets would be targeted with a teaser campaign highlighting key advantages as well as the opportunity to sign up for a free gift and further information. The SME customers received DM with an alternative specific message that would be followed up with a direct call. Consistent literature lining to both campaigns was also designed.
