After a speedy turnaround time of less than 6 months, etc.venues officially opened its new venue in the City this month. Manifest attended the event to push conversation online via social media throughout, sharing images and guests' own content. The team also provided PR and media relations surrounding the opening, securing relevant media attendees and scheduling interviews. Manifest was also responsible for the independent branding of this new venue, creating bespoke brochures, flyers, posters and presentation materials.
Guests were served with delightful canapés (7,500 of them) and were entertained by, acrobats, hula hoopers and stilt walkers to show off the high ceilings. Clients and potential clients have been telling etc.venues that the City lacks a high quality conference venue with adjacent exhibition space. The popularity of this new venue certainly proves this both in terms of the number that turned up for the launch plus the numbers that have made bookings prior to opening - getting London's newest venue off to a flying start.
